The Story…

Sheldon, the owner and chef, began his culinary journey at age 12 and pursued formal education at Stratford University in Baltimore, Maryland. The institution, known as Baltimore International College during Sheldon's graduation in 2008, laid the foundation for his culinary expertise. That year, Sheldon's mother embarked on a month-long culinary trip to Italy, returning with infused salts like fresh rosemary and garlic salt. Inspired, Sheldon embarked on a mission to recreate these products, combining the concept with international flavors. Over time, his passion for crafting spice blends from concept to final product flourished. Since 2020, Sheldon has turned these concepts into a thriving business.
